Pats - Oil Kings Game Day Preview

The Regina Pats (4-4-0-0) continue their road trip through the Central Division on Friday night in Edmonton against the Oil Kings (3-4-1-0). The Pats were last in action on Wednesday when they gave up four, 3rd period goals to lose in Lethbridge 6-4. The Oil Kings meanwhile lost their second straight game on Tuesday, 4-2 in Swift Current. Puck drop is at 7 o’clock with the pre-game at 6:35 on 620 CKRM.

The Lead Up
The Pats saw their three game winning streak come to an end on Wednesday in Lethbridge with a 6-4 loss to the Hurricanes. The Pats got a hattrick from Adam Brooks in the loss while goaltender Tyler Brown made 37 saves. Tyler Wong scored 3 for the Hurricanes in the contest.

The Oil Kings lost in Swift Current on Tuesday 4-2. Jon Martin had a three point night for the Broncos in the win. Edmonton went oh for 6 on the powerplay and gave up 2 on the penalty kill in the game.
