The game remained scoreless after 2 with the Pats outshooting P.A. 9-8 in the period and 21-13 overall.

In the third the Raiders got the games first goal at 11:44 on the powerplay. Simon Stansky potted a back door feed for his 6th from Austin Glover and Reid Gardiner and it was 1-0. It stayed that way thanks to Ian Scott who continued to make highlight reel save after highlight reel save. The Pats emptied the net late and finally broke through. Connor Hobbs slapper from the point hit a body in the slot and it redirected into the goal for his 4th of the year from Adam Brooks and Sam Steel and it was 1-1. That was the score after 60 minutes, the Pats outshot the Raiders 16-13 in the period and led 37-26 overall.
