The Royals then got the games first powerplay and 12 seconds into it Jack Walker scored on his own rebound for his 4th from Vladimir Bobylev and Tyler Soy and it was 2-1. That was how the period ended with the Royals up on the shot clock 6-5.

Victoria is a shade younger than us and they completely schooled us. This wasn't a veteran club kicking our butts. If the Royals are this good why aren't we? Why is their talent better than ours? Who will be Mem Cup contenders in two seasons? The Pats have been bad three out of their last four games. This slump is more serious than some are suggesting. Coach Herauf appears to be a little less learned than one would expect. He says you have to positively reinforce these guys however how do you reinforce negative behaviour and expect different results. Perhaps his inexperience affects his grasp of the situation.

With a tough home stand and the team playing as poorly as it is, this could get ugly very quickly. This home stand is followed by nine road games. Unless something is done we could be cellar dwellers by the time that's over. Leadership, talent, work ethic, grit and chemistry are all big concerns..

Anon ....... Show your face so I can come slap it. Don't hide behind the scenes. The team is inexperienced with there older players not performing right now & 2 goalies trying to find there stride. With good tending that was a much closer game than the score showed. After a couple weak goals the team shut down. Yes that's inexperience. Your negative spew is getting old. Idiot!

Phil I think the bigger question is why would you allow or condone a poster to specifically threaten another poster with physical violence? "show your face so I can come slap it" There are kooks out there who threaten violence to people and it should be a concern that is taken seriously. You seemingly take the part of that poster by trying to put your own slant on an innocuous response. The response you refer to makes no direct specific reference to anyone doing anything to anyone. You can never go wrong with good advice. It's a criminal offence to make a direct threat to do physical harm to someone, and only one person did that. Your response is entirely inappropriate and lacks credibility.

To the 1st,3rd & 5th poster. I am not sure if you are a black belt grade 8 English teacher but the Pat's do not need a negative viewer like yourself spewing your crap around the web. Just stay at home in your kids basement and stay away from the rink and refrain from being a armchair coach, manager or owner. We would all appreciate it. Thanks.
